Courtesy of Mystic Realm's in-game paper,_The Evermore Raven_,and Nikoli,it's scribe: -When it seems that you have really killed the monster, NEVER check to see if it's really dead. -If you find that your home is built upon or near a cemetery, had previous inhabitants who went mad or committed suicide, or died in some horrible fashion, move away immediately. Note: Necromancers need not pay attention to this one. -Never read a tome of demon summoning aloud, even as a joke. -If your children start to speak in a language which they should not know in a voice that is not their own, slay them. It will probably save you a lot of grief in the end. Please note: At that point it may take a ritually enchanted weapon to complete the task, so have one on hand. -When you have the benefit of numbers, NEVER pair off, or worse still, try to go it alone. -As a general rule, do not solve puzzles that unlock portals to evil places. -Never stand in, on, above, below, or anywhere near a grave, crypt, mausoleum, or other houses of the dead. Note: All members of the Necromancer's Guild are exempt from this rule. -If you are searching for something which caused a noise and find out it was just some forest creature, LEAVE THE AREA IMMEDIATELY IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE. -Do not take ANYTHING from the dead. Again, Necromancers do not apply here. -If you find a village that looks deserted, it's probably that way for a darn good reason! Take the hint and stay away. -If one of your companions suddenly begins to exhibit uncharacteristic behavior such as hissing, fascination for blood, glowing eyes, increasing hairiness and so on, you should give them some quiet time to themselves and leave the area quickly. Note: Certain races do not apply here.
