General Chemistry II

Welcome to General Chemistry II, CH 122. This is the second course in a two-semester general chemistry sequence for students majoring in one of the sciences. This entry-level course treats elementary concepts in atomic and molecular theory, chemical reactions, thermochemistry, stoichiometry, nomenclature, and gases. A laboratory component is included which both introduces and expands on certain topics met in the lecture part of the course. The course pre-requisite is CH 121 with a grade of C or better.
