teaches undergraduate studio courses in
black & white photography (an entry level course (photography as image gathering), experimental photography, & a winter term in pinhole photography); (advanced independent studies also available)
printmaking: (a sequence of three courses in intaglio, relief, & monotype)
drawing:(drawing fundamentals, & intermediate drawing), and
appreciating art: (a course especially designed for non-majors).
he also lectures in the first year general education course, and over the years he has taken a number of winter term groups to italy to study the art & architecture of renaissance florence, venice, & rome:
